TTD Eo Reviews with Various Departments
TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao along with the Additional EO Sri Ch Venkaiah Chowdhary on Monday evening reviewed with various departments.
The review meetings were held in his chambers in TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati.
As part of the series of departmental meetings, EO reviewed with Srivari temple, Engineering works, Revenue and Panchayat, Reception, Sanitation and Annaprasadam wings.
He instructed all the concerned heads to improve and ensure pilgrim initiatives in their respective areas.
Both the JEOs Smt Goutami, Sri Veerabrahmam, CVSO Sri Sridhar, CE Sri Nageswara Rao, heads of various other departments that were reviewed, also present.
SV Go Samrakshanasala Gears Up for Big Fete
The SV Go Samrakshanasala has geared up to celebrate Gokulastami fest on August 27 with special Gopuja and cultural programs.
On the occasion of Gokulashtami, special programs will be organized at SV Go Samrakshanasala.
They include Venuganam, Veda Parayanam by students of Tirumala Vedic School, Bhajans and Kolatams by artists of TTD Dasa Sahitya Project.
Devotees will also be involved in performing Gopuja by offering fodder to the desi cows.
Gokulastami Asthanam and Utlotsavam in Tirumala
On the occasion of Sri Krishna Janmashtami on August 27, TTD is organising Gokulashtami Asthanam fete at the Bangaru Vakili Mukha Mandapam inside Srivari temple.
As part of the festivities, Sri Krishna Swami will be seated on the Sarva Bhopala Vahanam at Mukha Mandapam in the night between 8pm and 10pm and thereafter Ekantha Snapana Tirumanjanam will be performed to the utsava idols of Sri Ugra Srinivasa and consorts followed by Dwadasharadhana.
Similarly, on August 28, TTD will organise a golden Tiruchi Vahana Seva along Mada streets for both Sri Malayappa Swami and Sri Krishna Swami, who witness the grand Utlotsavam fete in which local youth and devotees will take part with enthusiasm.
In view of the festivities, TTD has cancelled arjita Sevas like Arjita Brahmotsavam and Sahasra Deepalankara Seva on August 28.
TTD CVSO Inspects Four Mada Streets
The chief vigilance and security officer of TTD inspected four mada streets to assess the movement of vahana sevas during the ensuing annual Brahmotsavams along with other officials on Monday.
As a part of his inspection, he verified the starting point at Vahana Mandapam, rope parties, the exit and entry points, especially on the day of Garuda seva and related issues and made valuable suggestions to the respective officials.
EEs Sri Subramanyam, Sri Sudhakar, DyEO Health Smt Asha Jyothi, Health Officer Sri Madhusudhan Prasad, VGOs Sri Nandakishore, Sri Surendra, Sri Ramkumar, temple AVSO Sri Manohar and others were also present.
