Allotment of Srivari Angapradakshina Tokens in Lucky Dip




The 250 Anga Pradakshina tickets pertaining to Tirumala Temple for every Saturday to the locals of Tirupati Urban and Tirumala will be allotted through e-Dip. 


Devotees who want Angapradakshina tickets should register online with their Aadhaar card on Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm.  They will be allotted tickets through e-Dip at 5 PM on the same day.

TTD provides information in the form of SMS to the devotees who have got  Angapradakshna tickets in Lucky Dip to their mobile phone and the confirmed list will be displayed online. The Devotees who gets tickets in Lucky Dip will have to deposit Rs.500/- online on confirmation. 

Devotees who have got lucky dip tickets have to show their Aadhaar card at Mahathi Auditorium in Tirupati and get Angapradakshina tickets from 2 pm to 8 pm on subsequent Friday.

Devotees who have got tickets in Lucky Dip will be allowed to do Angapradakshina on Saturday morning.  After that, TTD will return the deposit of Rs.500/- paid by the devotees to their accounts. 

Other than Tirupati Urban, Tirumala Locals who gets Angapradakshina Tokens in Lucky Dip, the deposit of Rs.500/- paid will not be refunded by TTD and will not be allowed to perform  Angapradakshina.

Therefore, devotees are requested to observe this matter and cooperate with TTD.

Annual Pavitrotsavams in Karvetinagaram




The annual Pavitrotsavams in Sri Venugopala Swamy temple atvKarvetinagaram is scheduled on August 29 and 30.


On August 29, Rutwik Varanam, Mritsangrahanam, Ankurarpanam are performed.

While on August 30, after Tirumanjanam, Pavitra Samarpana and Tiruveedhi Utsavam are observed.

Laksha Kumkumarchana in Sri Kapileswara Swamy Vari Temple




Laksha Kumkumarchana will be rendered to Sri Kamakshi Ammavaru in Sri Kapileswara Swamy temple in Tirupati on August 30.


As a part of this, Ganapati Puja and Laksha Kumkumarchana will be observed from 6am till 12noon.

In the evening Tiruveedhi Utsavam will be observed.

Abhishekam Performed to Kaliyamardhana Krishna








On the occasion of Gokulashtami, under the auspices of the TTD Horticultural Department, a grand Abhishekam was held to Kaliyamardhana Krishna at Gogarbham Gardens in Tirumala on Tuesday.


On this occasion, a special abhishekam was rendered to Swami with milk, curd, honey, coconut water, turmeric and sandal paste.   

After that Annaprasadam was distributed followed by Utlotsavam wherein youth participated eith enthusiasm in breaking the mud pots tied atop log pole.

Devotees enjoyed the celebrations.

Deputy Director of Garden Department Sri Srinivasulu, other officers and garden staff participated in this program.

Gokulashtami Puja Held at SV Goshala


















TTD EO Sri J Syamala Rao called upon for a revival of Sanatana Hindu dharma by protecting Gomata as revered in Vedas and Puranas.


He participated in the Gokulashtami Gopuja fete held at the TTD-run SV Go Samrakshanasala in Tirupati on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion he said Gow occupied a pivotal position in Hindu Dharma where by worshipping Gomata people promoted agricultural prosperity in the country. He said TTD also facilitated jaggery, rice and fodder for devotees to feed the Gomata at Goshala.

Tirupati MLA Sri Srinivasulu said worship of Gomata is crucial for the agricultural prosperity of the country and called upon TTD to lead the Gopuja campaign.

Earlier EO performed puja for Gomata and Sri Venugopala Swamy.

Earlier special Abhishekam, Venuganam, Veda pathanam, bhajans, Kolata and Annamacharya sankeertans were performed. 

Thereafter cultural programs by SPWDPG girl students and Harikatha by artists of HDPP enthralled the devotees.

JEO Smt Gautami, CVSO Sri Sridhar, Gosala Director Dr Harnath Reddy were also present.

Gokulastami in Local Temples







TTD has observed the Gokulastami festival with spiritual fervour in all its local temples on Tuesday.


The temples of Tiruchanoor, Kapilatheertham, Chandragiri Ramalayam, Govindaraja Swamy, Narayanavanam have observed the festival with devotional vibes hitting the sky from enthusiastic devotees taking part in the festivities in the respective temples.
